Our national next day delivery service applies to all products in our core ranges. These products are marked ‘Available Next Day’ on the website. Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for Next Day delivery.
Once non-stock items have arrived (or branding is complete) we will dispatch these on our Next Day delivery service.
• Standard Orders: Delivery will be made on the first working day our van is scheduled to deliver in your area. • Express Delivery: Next Day delivery is available upon request for orders placed before 12 noon. If you have any questions or would like to request Next Day delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Orders £150 and over (ex VAT) are eligible for free delivery to a UK Mainland address. Deliveries outside Mainland UK are subject to an additional carriage charge. Some bulky or heavy products are exempt from free carriage. These products incur a carriage weight surcharge which will prompt you to fill out a POA quote based on your delivery address. Please see link to FAQ page for shipping charges for orders under £150 and outside Mainland UK.
