EVO VISTAlens Dualswitch w/Silver CR2 – Vented

EVO VISTAlens  DUALSWITCH  combines the new EVO VISTA retractable eyewear helmet technology with the innovative DUALSWITCH™ chinstrap system, fully certified to both EN 397 and EN 12492 with the ability to change between the two standards easily at the flick of a switch.

The VISTAlens  overspec offers B-rated impact protection – tested with a 6mm steel ball bearing at speeds of up to 270mph(430kph). The eyewear is interchangeable, allowing users to swap the overspec for a VISTAshield® faceshield, to ensure the appropriate protection is on hand when required.

T – Impact resistance at extreme temperatures (Tested at -5°C and +55°C)
K Rated – Anti-Scratch resistance to surface damage from fine particles
N Rated – Anti-Mist resistance to fogging
UV Protection – 2: UV filter (EN 170) provides protection from harmful UV. UV 2C-1.2 2: UV filter (EN 170) provides protection from harmful UV. C: Unimpaired colour perception. 1.2: High light transmission
Molten Metal Tested – No penetration to helmet shell. Shell deformation must remain under < 10mm
Lateral Deformation Tested – Additional EN 397 test
-40°C Tested – The helmet is pretreated in a cold chamber at -40°C for up to 24 hours.

SAFETY CELL
The safety cell concept prevents ricocheting debris travelling up the eyewear and impacting the scalp. In addition the overspec cannot make contact with the scalp, preventing injury should it be forced back on to the safety cell.

4-POINT CHINSTRAP
The 4-point chinstrap is easy to adjust on the head. Size and anchorage point adjustment enable a tailored fit for different head sizes, ensuring stability and greater comfort.

SWITCH DOWN
The chinstrap release force of EN 12492 is greater than 500 Newtons. This limits the risk of losing the helmet during a fall.

SWITCH UP
The chinstrap release force of EN 397 is between 150 and 250 Newtons. This limits the risk of choking; the chinstrap is designed to release if caught up.

INTERCHANGEABLE EYE PROTECTION
VISTAlens® is available in clear or indoor/outdoor lens shades, offering B-rated impact resistance. Swap out the overspec for a VISTAshield® faceshield, providing high-energy impact resistance and greater coverage.

MAXIMUM COMFORT
The Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet harness secures the helmet, eliminating pressure points to provide maximum comfort. Fitted with a replaceable Chamlon™ cotton sweatband and fully compatible with EVO® cooling sweatbands for protection against heat stress.

SECURE FIT
The harness cradles the head to keep the helmet stable with an adjustable 4-point chinstrap for increased security. 3D-Adjustment depth settings enable the most precise fit attainable on a safety helmet.

TPR LENS SEAL
The TPR (thermoplastic rubber) seal moulds to the wearer’s face, creating a seal for enhanced projectile protection and reduced misting of the lens.

PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR COMPATIBLE
Fully compatible with prescription eyewear, the EVO®VISTAlens® allows the wearer’s prescription glasses to be worn comfortably underneath the integrated overspec, reducing cost and ensuring optimum protection and vision.

COMPATIBILITY
EVO®VISTAlens® DualSwitch™ is designed to maximise compatibility with other JSP PPE, such as the Force®8 half mask with PressToCheck™ filters, Sonis® mounted ear defenders and EVOGuard® visors.

ADVANCED ACCESSORIES
Specially engineered attachment points on the helmet shell enable fitting of an advanced range of accessories, including headlamps, goggles and ID card holders.

VENTILATION
Dual vented shell increases comfort and encourages a cooling air flow, reducing helmet temperatures by an average 2-3 degrees.
