To continue with this epic milestone, we surprised our team with an office party 🎈 🥳complete with balloons, party snacks, a two-tier cake, and plenty of smiles.

The celebration was kept completely under wraps until the big reveal, and what a lovely surprise it was for everyone in the office!!

As part of the celebration, we proudly presented a commemorative memento to our current founders and directors, Ben Dunevein and Laila Dunevein, in recognition of their incredible leadership and vision.

But this milestone isn’t just about the years — it’s about the people. The success of our business is built on the dedication and teamwork of an exceptional group of individuals. From our BDMs, Sales Executives, and Customer Service team to IT & Website, Design, Heat Press & Embroidery, Warehouse & Drivers, Purchasing, and Accounts — every single department plays a vital role in helping us achieve our goals.

Michelle Bowden our Embroidery supervisor very kindly had written a poem to mark our 40th celebration, so we had it framed for all to read on the day.

We are incredibly proud to have such a hardworking, collaborative, and passionate workforce driving us forward. This celebration was not only for our founders — but for every team member who contributes to our continued success.
